ahem... So the convention is over, been drawing chibi portraits for 4 days while selling hand made merch, met some awesome people, saw and live again, took a pic with Calssara while she cosplayed Weiss Shnee from RWBY, chased and met a fellow Toaru fan aaaand... missed the rest of the program! (lol is okay, will watch everything on youtube)

Anyway, it was a busy week, hella tiresome and I declared myself a temporary hermit for next 2 weeks in order to recharge my social batteries. All in all, it was a very fun convention, definitely better than last year (regarding personal experience and energy saved for it).

My next steps are these:

-GET SOME FUCKING REST, I honestly need it
-Sketch out commissions this week
-Make concept for future fancomic (more info bellow)
-Spare some time to draw stuff I wanna draw (OR MY BRAIN WILL BURST I NEED TO GET THE IDEAS OUT OK??)
-Survive the heatwave
-Watch some stuff from the watch list (hey, I'm on a break until August, I have right to do this now, right?)

I definitely didn't forget about commissions, I'm going to start working on them and try gain more costumers in the same time.

I did briefly mention and asked if you guys are interested in seeing a Sonic fan comic from me, right? I'll be laying my current cards on the table. I want to go with this idea because I need a proper reason to start a Patreon (with idea that my own fanart and drawings aren't worth it but who knows, I might be wrong, I don't know how my watchers feel about my art *shrug*). I will be working on this project with who will help me out with concepts and possibly coloring (if we go with this idea instead of manga screentones). The story itself is based on my really really REALLY old fancomic I once attempted to make as a child but didn't work out. It was suppose to be like a squeal to Sonic Heroes, with teams working against villains and all. However, while I'm gonna keep the idea of teams (yes, original teams from Sonic Heroes),characters, the story and villains will be a little... different. I can't say much but will see as I go along with this. How long until I start this project? I honestly don't know but I will definately work on character concepts with Doomsy some time soon and I will shot to release my own Patreon with concept sneak peeks by September.

-WHAT I DRAW: Honestly, my gallery speaks best for me so you can always check it out for my skill range! Manga styled humans, anthropomorphic characters (more human or animal, your pick~), creatures (such as DRAGONS, or GRIFFINS~ or some you designed? ), your own OC's... it's quite a range! I drew quite some stuff in the style of familiar franchise like Sonic, My Little Pony, Pokemon, Digimon, some anime related characters... heck, I even drew armor, weapons and tech few times~ If something else comes to your mind, please don't hasitate to send me a note and ask!

-WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW: My artstyle is very simple and cartoonish, I don't do paintings or realistic art styles (eg: Doctor Who, Sherlock etc. unless you ask me to do those in cartoonish style). NSFW gore to extreme and sex is no go at the moment. As far as I will go with it is typical battle wounds and such and nudity.

“10.3h If you violate the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, … you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal’s damages caused by your violation … You acknowledge and agree that $2,500.00 USD per violation … is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal’s actual damages … PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing Balance in the offending Account or any other Account you control.”

DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS AS “GIFTS” You will be risking your commissioners account and that is really really bad.

Artists, REQUEST PAYMENT THROUGH INVOICES. It lets YOU control how money is sent.

Commissioners, DO NOT SEND PAYMENT unless you send it through “for goods and services.” If your artist requests ‘send as gifts’ BEFORE you send payment, tell them about the $2,500 fine per violation, as they probably do not know about it.

Yes, paypal fees suck, but it’s better to have a few dollars missing than to get fined $2,500 for a $20 purchase.
